About a year and a half ago, Anna, decided that she would start reading her Bible through. She would faithfully read nightly before bed. There have been a few times when she didn't - like when we've traveled. But she has stuck with it and last week before we left for Arkansas she finished reading the Old Testament!!! We are so proud of her!
The fact that she took it upon herself to begin reading it through is what I am most proud of!
Now she is excited to start the New Testament!Father, please bless her and keep her hungry always for Your Word.
Psalm 119:11
"Your word I have hidden in my heart,
That I might not sin against You."

Good for her!!! And honestly, the "tough" reading is behind her... she'll fly through the NT - well, maybe until Revelation (eek!).
