We've gotten a lot accomplished today. The weather was gorgeous and warm and we spent most of the day working outside.
We have 5 hens and 3 roosters left. That is way too many roosters for the hens. Our poor hens are just getting hurt. So today I posted on facebook that I had two roosters to give away for free and it took less than 2 hours for someone to say they wanted them! Ha! I wondered if I qualified to be a full-on redneck after soliciting roosters on facebook!
I also found my first 4-leaf clover of the year today! But I don't believe in luck - just blessings from God!!! It's still neat to find them though. A couple of years ago on Mother's Day I found two in one day. 
The girls came outside after they got their school work finished and decided to read on the swing for a while. 
Brian and I transplanted some bushes and I cleaned out my herb garden. I was so happy to see that my chives, lemon balm, & oregano came back strong. My basil, cilantro, & parsley didn't fair too well. Psalm 128:2

I think you are getting dangerously close to the "redneck" title with the FB advertising!! But, it was effective!
