Sopapilla Cheesecake

Your life is getting ready to change :D (Not really but this is a yummy recipe and I am sure you'll love it if you try it!)

Press one can of crescent rolls into the bottom of a cake pan.

Blend 1 cup of sugar, 2- 8oz. softened cream cheese, 1 tsp vanilla.
Or you can beat it! Just beat it!
Then spread this mixture over your crescent rolls.
Add another layer of crescent rolls over top of that. They now make the crescent rolls that come in one big sheet, but those aren't available at Save-a-lot just yet! So you just gotta use what ya got :D and I love Save-a-lot!
Next let someone lick the spoon :P

Pour 1/2 cup melted butter over the entire pan as even as you possibly can.
Mix together 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 TBS cinnamon.
Sprinkle the sugar mix over top of the butter.
Then bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.....

and voila ~ yummy goodness!

Here is the full recipe:
Sopapilla Cheesecake
• 2~8 oz cream cheese (Softened)
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 Tbsp vanilla
• 2 cans Crescent Rolls
• 1 stick butter or 1/2 cup butter melted
• 1/2 cup sugar combined with 1TSB ground cinnamon

Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a bowl with a mixer. Set aside. Unroll and press 1 can of crescent roll dough in bottom of 13x9" ungreased baking dish. Spread cream cheese mixture on top evenly. Arrange second can of crescent roll dough on top of mixture to cover cream cheese. Melt butter in microwave. Pour butter on top of crescent rolls. Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes in preheated oven.
