We lost Brian's dad on Monday evening. It was and still is such a shock and our hearts are broken. It feels like we're living in a bad dream and it doesn't seem real.
He was tilling in his parents garden and collapsed and when his mother got to him, he was unresponsive. The coroner believes that it was a heart attack. He had been doing so well with his liver transplant that he had last October, but it was his time to pass. He'll be honored with full police honors this weekend during his funeral and all other 119 counties in Kentucky will have a police representative to come pay their respects.
Please say a prayer for Brian, our family, and the rest of his family and friends. He was very well loved and he will be greatly missed. God has had His arms around us and we can feel the prayers.
